Hi,

I have some questions about our project organzation and structure.

Do we have project team leader?
Who make decisions in the project?
How to decide whether a patch have been used or not?
Kind regards,

Min

Hi,
I have some questions about our project organzation and structure.
I'm not sure who "we" is here, but....

* Do we have project team leader?
Not in any official sense, I do not think. There's a kind of informal
hierarchy, largely based upon how long people have worked on the
project.

* Who make decisions in the project?
There is a team of people who make various decisions, which are usually
made by consent. I.e., we all agree on a course of action.

* How to decide whether a patch have been used or not?
People who have commit privileges can commit what they wish to the
development branch (master). If people have objections or questions, those
get discussed. Patches can only be committed to the stable branch (2.0.x, at
the moment, 2.1.x very soon) with approval of the stable branch maintainer
(me, at the moment).
