Minor Update to 2.1.2 Tarballs

Jean-Pierre noted that I had forgotten to include a couple new French
beamer examples in the tarballs. Didn't update the makefile. I've
rebuilt the tarballs with these files included. It doesn't seem worth
delaying the release for this, but if people want to rebuild the
binaries, we can name them "-1" or whatever, and I'll upload them later.

I cannot see related changes in lib/Makefile.am.

examples/beamer-article.lyx \

"examples/de/beamer-article.lyx" is still missing.

This is in master and in 2.1.x branch.

Yes, I forgot to push that. But the new tarballs were built with that
change.
