NextNoIndent After Theorems, Etc

We set NextNoIndent 1 after Theorems, etc, but a Standard paragraph
after a Theorem is indented. I thought I'd fixed this for 2.1.x, but
apparently not. Any objection if I do fix it?

I guess it depends on whether there is a paragraph break after the
Theorem. What do you have in the pdf output?

It gets indented. LyX outputs:

\begin{document}

\begin{thm}

this is a theorem.

\end{thm}

this is text.

\end{document}

So there's no blank line.

So there is a problem indeed. Enrico, do you have a comment on that?

I had already noticed that but forgot to bring it forward. It seems there
is an implicit \par after theorems. Setting NextNoIndent 0 fixes the
representation on screen (the output would be the same) and also introduces
a blank line in the output (which has no effect, being multiple \par's
equivalent to a single one). I only hope that someone does not try letting
NextNoIndent 1 in a local layout and then complain because he still gets
an indented paragraph...
