Instead of waiting until two weeks before the GSOC deadline to come up
with ideas, would it make sense to have a trac keyword "gsoc" that
would mean "fixing this bug/feature might be a reasonable gsoc
project"? An alternative is to make a note on the gsoc wiki page, but
I think we are less likely to find that page and edit it than we are
to just write one word in the keywords box.

Sure. There's not really any official list of these, so any decent
reason to add
one is a good reason.

Sure. There's not really any official list of these, so any decent reason to
add
one is a good reason.
OK, I will add it to http://www.lyx.org/trac/wiki/TicketKeywords
(under "Status")
in a couple of days, unless someone objects.
