Dear deelopers,

I now found the time to take care of the domain lyx.de that I bought a
few months ago.

- I set a redirect to lyx.org:
http://lyx.org
or
http://www.lyx.org

- to be redundant in case ftp.lyx.org is down I set up a directory to
provide the windows installer independent of sourceforge:
https://ftp.lyx.de/
or
http://ftp.lyx.de/

If you like, I can upload more material or can even mirror ftp.lyx.org
(if somebody can explain me how to do this).
