Tarballs for LyX 2.1.1 can now be downloaded from
ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/devel/lyx-2.1/2.1.1/
Please note that these are provisional.
Please prepare binaries by 8 July. I will be traveling for a bit but
will be back then but will plan to do the formal release at that time.
